Pick-a-lb./leave a lb. (one of our large pails max.)
Harvest starts mid-September and goes to last weekend of October. We will know when the fruit is ready, closer to the date and will post.
We will show you how to pick around the thorns or just hang out for a demo and wine tasting.

Harvest - looking good for 2017!
Rain or shine - everybody will be cozy!
2017 harvest will start late September to first week of November. Within a few short years, we will have varieties that come on-line in late August.
U-PICK on Saturday’s and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is a common and popular practice for Sea Buckthorn orchards to offer "Pick a pound, leave a pound". (up to a large bucket or $6/lb.) This means that when you pick two pounds, we divide up a free pound for you and the other is left for us. As the name suggests, Sea Buckthorn has sharp thorns, therefore, small and well liked children or pets are not encouraged to participate in u-pick.
You can purchase wine, frozen juice and berries during a scheduled tour. Bulk delivery of fruit and juice to Chipman, Fredericton and surrounding areas is also available. For the health and safety of your pets and other guests, regulations do not allow us to welcome pets on orchard.
Sea Buckthorn takes several years to show fruit and is labour intensive to grow and harvest in a CERTIFIED ORGANIC platform. That is why we have carefully selected our varieties to ensure our families, friends and clients will receive the maximum quality of Sea Buckthorn fruit at an affordable local farm cost. Our first variety is balanced for health and beauty benefits and we currently have several varieties in various stages of research and growth.
